Inspired by the pioneering small business cooperatives of Israel, Moshaav LLC (formerly MOVE advertising, inc.) is a collective of diverse marketing professionals that can address the communication and customer relationship management (CRM) needs of small- to medium-sized companies. Additionally, we partner with large advertising and design agencies on various interactive projects like websites, sales force automation tools and HTML e-mail campaigns. Of the many upsides to these partnerships, including sizeable budgets, global initiatives and cutting-edge tactics, we get to sign lots of non-compete and nondisclosure contracts. Rather than restrict us, these agreements free Moshaav consultants to be selective in pursuit of our own direct client relationships. RverneMoshaav is a "virtual agency" founded by Richard Verne with workspace in Chicago, Kalamazoo and Cincinnati. As a consultancy, we're contracted to gain intelligence into audience perception and behavior, illuminate opportunities for engagement and solve communication-related challenges. To do this, we use market research—including online/offline competitive analyses, website traffic statistics, focus groups and usability testing—for insights, strategic planning and tactical development, deployment, analysis and refinement. Of course, Moshaav does come to the table with its own powerful intuition built on practical experience and an unconventional approach to business.
As such, we believe in shared risk and shared reward. Our project-based fees cover our costs, but do not realize the consultancy a profit unless the project is determined a success based on pre-defined metrics. We embrace this business model because our creative tactics—based on sound strategy, created with audience input and focused on interaction—produce measurable results.
